This level, which looks like it has collapsed is located on the west side of the river. If you look from Smallcleugh Dam, you will see a spoil heap above and to the right of Capelcleugh High Level, climbing to the heap reveals this adit. I have no reference for this level, it seems to be very high up on the moor.
